Is the preview really free?
Yes. We build it, you look at it. If it's not for you, no hard feelings and you owe nothing. We only ask for payment once you want it live on your own domain.
How did you build a site without talking to me?
We use the public information your customers already see: your Google listing, reviews, hours, photos and services. Then our designers shape it into a real website. Once you're on board, we'll fine-tune anything you want.
Can I make changes?
Of course. Before you go live we'll adjust wording, photos, colors or services. After launch, Care members just text or email us a change and it's done. Without Care, small edits are available anytime for a flat fee.
Do I own the website and domain?
Your domain is registered in your business's name, so it's yours. You're never locked in.
How fast can I be live?
Usually the same day you say yes. Once you pick your domain and plan, we connect everything, including SSL security and your Google Business Profile link.
